I put on't remember if that error refers to a cable or a programming mistake, but by your description I'michael guessing it'h programming. Attempt downloading it the 'default document' from the softwaré into the radio stations Document ->Open ->default.D52. After you write/download it into te radio examine/upload the radio stations into the software.
Make sure to allow the radio stations proceed through it'beds selftest powér-up in bétween the then download and upload. Save the upload document under a different name. Then edit the document with your freqs sounds etc and try getting it to that stereo once again.
